As a member of the best crew in the business you will clean the cabins in record time so our weary customers can get in and get some rest. Turnaround times are going to be critical and you and the team will have all the tools you need to do the job well and efficiently.

More senior (that doesn’t mean older) than Cabin Crew but not quite ready for the top job (General Manager) you will work alongside the Cabin Crew, co-ordinating, guiding, teaching and helping them in their day to day tasks and responsibilities.
You will not be afraid to step in and help; after all you will be used to dealing with the public, having two or more years’ experience working in a dynamic environment where calmness and efficiency under pressure are the order of the day (or night).
You will be a team player but enjoy stepping up to take control when the situation demands. As a confident communicator, you will have the ability to give direction and feedback to your colleagues.
Some of the things you will do:
- Work alongside and manage the Cabin Crew ensuring they deliver great service to guests
- Co-ordinate with the Cabin Attendant Team so they stay informed as cabins are sold/become vacant
- Monitor and help maintain the YOTEL IT system daily
- Help the Cabin Attendants when it’s busy and they need a hand
- Assemble food and drink orders in the Galley and deliver them to the Cabins
- Step in an resolve any issues that Cabin Crew or Cabin Attendants cannot contend with
and those you won’t:
- Stand behind a desk answering the phone all day
- Administer guests’ bookings – they will do that themselves online or at the YOTEL Kiosk
- Count the float for an hour – we only use credit cards

Our cabins (the word we use for rooms) are the heart of YOTEL – they are booked in slots of time (minimum 4hrs) for people on the go or in between flights.
You will lead the Cabin Attendant Team, overseeing them and working alongside them servicing the cabins. Turnaround times are going to be 15mins flat (don’t worry the cabins are 9MSq on average).
You will have responsibility for recruiting and scheduling as the business demands, overseeing the training and development and ensuring the YOTEL is maintained to the highest levels. You will love a challenge and prove yourself to be reliable and responsible and lead your team in a hands on manner.
Some of the things you will do:
- Oversee & work alongside the YOTEL Attendants Team in all their day to day tasks
- Make sure the YOTEL Attendants are delivering the highest levels of cleanliness around the YOTEL
- Monitor and maintain linen stocks
- Ensure Cabins are maintained well, working alongside the Cabin Engineer
- Make sure the Cabin Attendants reach their turnaround targets daily
- Train and develop the staff
What you won’t do:
- Sit in an office pushing paperwork – we want you to be active, visible and on the shop floor
- Pass the buck – you will be responsible for dealing with problems as well as enjoying successes

If YES, you will make a perfect YOTEL Engineer.
You will work alongside the the Cabin Crew & Attendant Teams, overseeing the maintenance of the YOTEL Cabins.
You will conduct repairs and renewals throughout the YOTEL & be responsible for servicing the mechanical systems within the YOTEL, ensuring we meet all current legislation. You will take a lead on matters of Heath & Safety alongside the General Manager.
You will be reliable & responsible & able to self motivate to get things done efficiently.
Some of the things you will do:
- Fix, repair and renew the YOTEL’s fixtures, fittings and mechanical systems
- Co-ordinate with the General Manager and Head Housekeeper to conduct maintenance tasks
- Monitor and maintain the fabric of the YOTEL
- Oversee the day to day painting and decorating
and those you won’t:
- Sit in an office pushing paperwork – you will be active, visible and on the shop floor
We will pay you a starting salary of £16,000 (pro-rata)
