YOTELAIR booking cancellation requests can be done over the phone, by calling +44 (0)207 100 1100 where you can leave a message with your name and booking reference. Alternatively, you can send us an email at email@example.com
You have the flexibility to amend or cancel your booking any time up until 24 hours (72 hours in the case of multi cabin bookings) before your booked arrival time and your payment will be returned to you. Within 24 hours of your booked arrival time, a refund cannot be processed for your booking. Please note that your booking will not have been deemed cancelled or amended unless you have received confirmation. Refunds, if they apply will only be credited to the original card the payment was made with.
Please note that our customer services team is only able to answer calls or respond to emails between the working hours of 9am- 6pm BST Mon- Fri. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation out-side of these hours please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will note the date and time we receive your email, and if received at least 24 hours before your arrival time (for non-multi cabin bookings), we will refund your booking in-line with our cancellation policy.
