GETTING HERE
YOTEL Boston is centrally located in the up-and-coming Seaport area, close to the financial district and to historic North End and Back Bay. Our hotel is close to the airport and exploring the city is super easy thanks to the MBTA.

By air
Boston Logan International Airport is well served both by domestic and international flights. The airport is just a 10-minute drive away, or you can take the MBTA Silver Line service from the airport to ‘Courthouse’, which is a two-minute walk from YOTEL Boston. Domestic flights also serve Manchester Boston Regional Airport, a 30-minute drive away; and T F Green Airport, which is about two hours away by car.

By train
Boston South Station is the city’s busiest transport hub, and the northern terminus for Amtrak’s busy Northeast Corridor service. It’s just one stop from YOTEL Boston on the MBTA Silver Line. Boston North Station serves Amtrak’s Downeaster service: with stops all the way to Brunswick, Maine, it’s a fine way to enjoy the scenery of northern New England.

By car
Many of the things that make Boston such a great city to visit – the historic city centre; the fact that it’s small and compact and easy to explore on foot or by bike – make it a nightmare for driving. If you are arriving by car, we recommend you take advantage of our money-saving ‘Park your car’ rate.

Getting around
Aside from when the weather is filthy (not that often!) Boston is a city that is fun and easy to explore on foot, with many guided walking tours. The city is popular with cyclists, too, and a number of bike rental companies in Boston offer bikes by the hour and longer.
By subway: the MBTA (known as the T) runs daily between 5am and midnight, and will quickly connect you to all of Boston’s neighbourhoods. The CharlieCard can be pre-loaded with a cash value or with passes, and you then simply tap the card to pay bus and subway fares.
By taxi: cabs are metered and can be paid in cash, credit card or debit card. Tipping is at your discretion, but usually ranges from 15-20% of the total charge.
