Premium Cabins include YOTEL’s signature adjustable SmartBed™ with bespoke Serta gel mattresses, rejuvenating monsoon rain showers, adjustable mood lighting and Technowall with smart TVs, multi power points and easy connectivity to own devices.
Typically located in easily accessible, fast upcoming urban centres, YOTEL hotels deliver more luxury with larger cabins, bars, restaurants and outdoor terraces. Guests can enjoy free super fast WiFi throughout the hotel.

Conceived for busy international travelers, YOTELAIR hotels provide everything for a guest to relax, refresh, sleep and connect within global transportation hubs where hot drinks and super fast WiFi is complimentary. Guests may choose exactly what time they would they like to check in and out, giving total flexibility to travelers in transit, staying the night before an early departure or to freshen up on arrival before a meeting in the city.
YOTEL currently operates four airport hotels under the YOTELAIR brand in London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Amsterdam Schiphol and Paris, Charles de Gaulle airports; and two city hotels, one in the heart of Manhattan, New York and one in Boston’s innovative Seaport district. YOTEL is expanding rapidly with seven new hotels under development globally, including another YOTELAIR in Singapore Changi Airport (2019); and six new city hotels currently under development in Singapore (2017), San Francisco (2017), London Clerkenwell (2018), Amsterdam (2019), Miami (2019) and Dubai Business Bay (2019).

YOTEL’s newest brand extension aimed at the extended stay market, launched in January 2018 with five properties under development in the USA, Europe and Middle East. PADs incorporate YOTEL’s signature design of optimising space and fitting anything a guest might need into a compact space without compromising on luxury, making it not only convenient, but also affordable. PADs include sleeping and living areas with luxury bathrooms, kitchenettes, work desks and ample storage space. Technology makes it easy to connect, stay charged and manage services during an extended stay.
YOTEL’s major shareholders include the Al-Bahar Group, Starwood Capital Group, United Investment Portugal and Kuwait Real Estate Company (AQARAT). The chairman of YOTEL is Talal Al-Bahar, CEO and Chairman of IFA Hotels and Resorts.
