Our hotel at Heathrow Airport in the public landside area of Terminal 4 on the mezzanine level gives you the ultimate convenience of being only minutes away from the departure and arrival gates. You’re welcome.
- If you are leaving the UK, you can easily access the hotel, as it is located before passport control.
- If you are entering the UK or in transit to another destination, you will need valid entry into the UK (visa, landing card) to clear UK immigration and access the hotel.
- If you are landing at the North Terminal, come through immigration/passport control, past baggage reclaim, take the shuttle service to the South Terminal and follow the instructions above to reach our hotel.
- If you are landing at the South Terminal, come through immigration/passport control, past baggage reclaim, and follow the instructions above to reach our hotel.
Please note that YOTELAIR is unable to refund guests who canot stay with us because they do not have the correct documentation to enter the UK.
You do not have to be checked in for your flight to use YOTELAIR.
To and from Heathrow Airport
HEATHROW EXPRESS RAIL SERVICE
The fastest way to travel to and from London Paddington, with non-stop trains running every 15 minutes from Terminals 2, 3 and 5, with a journey time of around 15 minutes. For Terminal 4, you will need to change at 2, 3 or 5 (see travel within Heathrow). Heathrow Express timetable
A cheaper alternative to Heathrow Express, this stopping service to London Paddington runs every 30 minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, with a journey time of around 26 minutes. For Terminal 4 or 5, you will need to change at 2 or 3 (see travel within Heathrow). TFL Rail timetable
The least expensive mode of transport, Piccadilly Line trains take just under an hour to Central London from one of three underground stations – one for Terminals 2 and 3, and other stations found at 4 and 5. You can change to other underground lines later in the journey. For the best route to reach your destination, just ask the team at Mission Control or the London Underground staff. TO AND FROM TERMINALS 2 AND 3
Take the free TFL rail train. This runs every 15 minutes from 5.27am (last train is 11.38pm from T3 to YOTELAIR in T4). Allow extra time to walk to Terminals 2 and 3 once getting off the Heathrow Express. TFL Rail timetable
