We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. Any violations of systems or network security are prohibited, and may result in the guest-facing criminal and civil liability by local authorities.  We will not share your personal information. We accept packages on your behalf only by prior arrangement and agreement. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible state the date of check-in. 

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the Mission Control crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.

Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. When you arrive at the hotel, if there is availability, early check-in between 1 – 3pm is free. Any early check-in before 1pm will be subjected to a flat fee of £20 / €20. To book and/or pay for early check-in please review your booking on the self-service stations or speak with our Mission Control crew.

Standard check-out time is 11am. Too early? Late check-out is available, please enquire with our Mission Control crew on arrival or via the self service stations (subject to availability).

We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Yes! We’re just a 15-minute walk to St Paul’s Cathedral and even closer to Farringdon Station, which connects you to the rest of London in minutes.

Farringdon Station is just a few steps away. It’s a major hub with access to the Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines, as well as National Rail.

With Farringdon Station so close, the Tube is your best bet for quick, seamless travel. Buses and taxis are also readily available, and walking to nearby landmarks is easy.

For a blend of history and modern convenience, Clerkenwell is hard to beat. Its central location, cultural spots, and excellent transport links make it ideal for first-time visitors.

There are several car parks nearby: Saffron Hill, Hatton Garden and Goswell Road, 1-3 Amwell Street, Smithfield and Holborn Gate.

We do not offer rollaways. Cots are available at no extra cost. They are subject to availability and only fit into certain room types. Please request when making your booking.

We do not offer room service, however, there are options for Grab+Go vending. 

For PCs and printing facilities please head to Mission Control – our friendly crew will be happy to help. The gym is open 24/7 and is fitted with state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Located in Clerkenwell, it’s a buzzing neighbourhood packed with historic pubs, independent coffee shops, and some of London’s trendiest restaurants. Plus, it’s a quick hop to the West End or the City.

Start at St Paul’s Cathedral and walk across Millennium Bridge to the Tate Modern. For something more local, explore Clerkenwell’s narrow streets and discover hidden gems like Exmouth Market.
