YOTEL Singapore is located at 366 Orchard Road, Singapore’s best-known shopping street, which has great transport links with Changi Airport and the rest of Singapore. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the Orchard MRT station (NS22).
Taxi - YOTEL Singapore is approximately a 30-minute drive by taxi from Changi Airport and generally costs between S$20 and S$40. Let your taxi driver know that the entrance to our hotel is via Claymore Hill. All taxi fares go by meter and there is an additional airport surcharge for all rides originating from the airport.
Bus - A single fare from the city via public bus 36 costs around S$2.50 and it takes about an hour. No change will be given so you’ll need to prepare exact fare. Alternatively, you can buy an EZ-Link card for multiple rides from the Changi Airport train station, you can also use the EZ-Link card for train rides. Alight at the bus stop in front of the Royal Thai Embassy on Orchard road. YOTEL Singapore is just 5 minutes away from the bus stop.
Train - You can buy a single ride ticket or an EZ-Link card (for multiple rides) from all train stations. To get to the train station, go via Terminal 2 or 3 to get to Changi Airport train station. Change at Tanah Merah EAST-WEST LINE (Green) towards City Hall. Change at City Hall NORTH-SOUTH LINE (Red) towards Orchard Road. Exit at Orchard station and follow the guide below. YOTEL Singapore is about 10 minutes’ walk from Orchard station.

FROM NORTH-SOUTH LINE (RED) - NS22
- Alight at NS22
- Take Exit 5 towards ION Orchard (Basement 2)
- Walk towards ION Patterson Link
- At the end of ION, you see Wheelock (sign at the top), turn right and walk towards the Scotts Road/ Scotts Square underpass
- Go up the escalator to B1, and take the next escalator up to Orchard Road/ Scotts Square (ground level)
- Turn left as you exit the escalator and walk ahead for another 100m (passing Café de Muse) towards International Building
- Cross over towards International Building from Shaw House, and you will see signs for YOTEL from International Building
FROM THOMSON-EAST COAST LINE (BROWN) – TE14
- Alight at TE14
- Take Exit 9 towards ION Orchard (Basement 1)
- Take the escalator down to Basement 2
- Walk towards ION Patterson Link (Basement 2)
- At the end of ION, you see Wheelock (sign at the top), turn right and walk towards the Scotts Road/ Scotts Square underpass
- Go up the escalator to B1, and take the next escalator up to Orchard Road/ Scotts Square (ground level)
- Turn left as you exit the escalator and walk ahead for another 100m (passing Café de Muse) towards International Building

Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy, guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a $250* fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.
*This can be higher at specific hotels

Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the Mission Control crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.
Do you have on-site parking?
Looking for parking? Our car park is operated by International Building. YOTEL Singapore is unable to provide complimentary parking, and the car park spaces are on a first-come-first-use basis (no reservations for parking spaces).There is a grace period of 10-minutes. Check out more info below.

Monday - Sunday
0700hrs – 1800hrs: SGD$3.27 for the first hour, or part thereof, plus SGD$1.63 per subsequent ½ hour or part thereof.
1800hrs – 0700hrs: SGD$4.36 per entry
Good to know
- Please be informed a CashCard is needed for entry and exit to the car park for hourly charging. There is a CashCard top up located on Level 3 of the car park.
- Alternatively, you may purchase a One-time Exit Pass for SGD$21.80 from Mission Control.
- The One-time Exit Pass is based on per exit. Once you exit the car park, the pass will be forfeited.
- There is no facility for motorcycle parking in the International Building car park. The nearest motorcycle parking is located at Angullia Park Public Carpark.
- This is an open-aired carpark located near Far East Shopping Centre and is less than 5-minutes walk from YOTEL Singapore.

How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.

You will need your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), debit cards and cash*. Please note a valid credit/debit card must be presented at check-in.
