* Please note that we don’t yet offer online cancellation of YOTELAIR bookings but this is coming soon. If you need to cancel or change your Airport bookings please contact customer services.
Do I have an account?
You may have created an account when booking on this website if you opted to enter a password on the booking form. If you took this step then you will be able to see your bookings in My YOTEL. Unfortunately if you didn't create an account when booking you won't be able to see your bookings online so please reference your confirmation email and contact customer services if you have any questions or want to change or cancel your booking.
You can also create an account even if you don't have any bookings. Register here. Note you will need to reset your password the first time you visit if you were a user of our old YOTEL.com site. Select the "Forgot your password" link. Also, our mobile app ID & password are not currently linked to your website ID & password, so you will need to set up a different account on each.
