How do I join up?
Visit the MyYotel section here
Register as a member and tick the box to opt-in to our programme. This automatically also adds you to our email database list and you will get occasional marketing emails. We promise not to give or sell your data to any third party so the only communications you receive will be from us.
When you go through our website, you will automatically see our member rates.
Do I have to be a member to book?
Anyone can book our cabins without being a member. These are still our best public rates so are great value, but they are not discounted. You can also opt-out of the membership programme at any time by unchecking the box and you then won’t get further marketing emails, but you also won’t then get member discounts.
Which ways can I book to get these discounts?
The programme only applies to our website at www.yotel.com. You won’t get discounts if you book by telephone via our contact centres, or via Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or if you book via a travel management company, tour operator (wholesaler or inclusive tours etc) or GDS.
If you have existing group or corporate deal, then you should use the codes you were given for that. The membership programme is separate eg you can’t get a discount on top of an existing discount.
Do I get a membership ID or card?
No need. Loyalty cards are so last century and there is already too much plastic in the world. Your email is sufficient for us to track you in our systems so please always use the same email when you transact with us, so we can identify you.
