Check-in and check-out

We've replaced the traditional front desk with self-service kiosks, so you don't waste your time in a queue. Standard check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is any time before noon – and we also offer early check-in and late check-out (when available) for a small fee. If you have any questions, just ask the Mission Control crew.

Mission Control

Mission Control is the “engine room” of YOTEL Singapore – your “one-stop shop” for anything from extra toothpaste to replacing a lost cabin key. You can reach the Mission Control crew 24/7 by calling from your cabin or popping down to see them on 'TWO'.

Complimentary super-fast WiFi

One of the easiest things to do at YOTEL is stay connected. Our WiFi is super-fast, free and everywhere in the hotel; brilliant for staying in touch with loved ones or just posting great memories online. You will find multiple USB and international charging points in your cabin and around the whole hotel, including in the co-working spaces on ‘TEN’.

Komyuniti

From breakfast till 11pm, Komyuniti on TEN is the social hub of YOTEL Singapore. It’s the place to meet up, wind down, eat and drink – whether you are relaxing with family and friends or catching up on emails. Check out our latest food and drinks offers, such as Sunday Funday and Tap Takeover Tuesday.

Swimming pool - Open Now

Keep your cool on Orchard Road with YOTEL Singapore’s luxurious outdoor swimming pool. You’ll find the pool on TEN, along with outdoor showers our poolside bar and restaurant – if cocktails are more your style than a few lengths! Open every day from 7am - 10pm.

YOSHI and YOLANDA

YOSHI and YOLANDA are the first robots in the world to be equipped with Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping (SLAM) technology. This enables autonomous navigation around the entire hotel so that they can deliver amenities to your room – and they are so smartly engineered that they speak and detect obstacles or people in their way. You can reach them by calling the Mission Control team from your cabin or pop down to see them on TWO.

Adjustable SmartBed™

Our signature SmartBed™ glides at the touch of a button to any position for relax, work or sleep to optimise cabin space in some of our rooms. SmartBed™ by YOTEL features gel memory foam technology developed by Serta, the #1 mattress manufacturer in the USA. Designed exclusively for YOTEL, the mattress features a customized luxury designer knit cover and flexible construction to provide cooling comfort and targeted body support.

The Gym - Open Now

Our hotel gym is conveniently located on ‘TEN’ with floor to ceiling windows and lots of light. It is open 24/7, just in case you want to get a late-night or early morning workout in. This state of the art gym features a variety of brand new equipment to help you break a sweat and work up a great appetite for life.

Parking

We have several floors of parking within our hotel. The entrance to the car park is directly next to the hotel entrance. Please note that charges for parking are not included with your booking. You can obtain a one-time exit pass for S$20 from Mission Control. Season parking is S$750 per quarter. You will have a 10-minute only grace period. All rates are subject to GST. Our hourly parking rates are:

• Mon - Sun incl. Public Holidays (7am - 6pm): S$3.00 for 1st hour or part thereof and S$1.50 for subsequent 1/2 hour or part thereof
• Mon - Sun incl. Public Holidays (6pm - 7am): S$4.00 per entry

Mindfresh

Our partner Mindfresh provides inspiration for thoughtful meditation and has developed a fun, quick and instructional video series showcasing how to easily relax and unwind while away from home. You can also find videos on our dedicated YOTEL TV channel allowing you to 'wake-up,' 'get motivated' and 'unwind' through a morning, afternoon and evening routine. Each video includes a series of movements or positions aimed to help travellers be more mindful, healthy and 'at home' throughout the day.
