One of the best things to do in Singapore is to indulge yourself in the local cuisine, with the distinctive Chinese and Indian-influenced street food served up at ‘hawker’ centres and food courts. You can also find great Malay and Indonesian cuisine on offer.

Singapore is a melting pot of cultures. From Kampong Glam to Little India, it is a unique cultural medley that is well worth the visit.
One of the best things to do in Singapore is to visit the most interesting parts of Little India. On Tekka Market on Bukit Timah Road, you can see locals going about their daily shopping routines. In Chinatown New Bridge Road is the best place to sample the local-Chinese culture for yourself - street-side stalls offering local barbecued meats, traditional sausages and plenty of souvenirs.
Smith Street Market and Food Centre or Maxwell Road Food Market are other good places to sample local cuisine.

Top tier international DJs often spin the wheels of steel at this converted warehouse. The likes of David Guetta, Tiesto and The Chemical Brothers have played here. If your group can't decide where to go, this venue may be the answer.
