We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

What is the minimum check in age?

You must be 18 years old with photo identification to reserve a room. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, passport, or government issued valid ID. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible, state the date of check-in/ due to limited storage space, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours of guest arrival.

Can I bring outside alcohol onto the property?

In accordance with the general laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Boston, we cannot allow patrons to bring outside alcoholic beverages onto our premises including but not limited to guest cabins. We have secured storage options at Mission Control where guests can store any alcoholic beverages throughout their stay at no charge.

At YOTEL, we've replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too.

Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for a fee. See details below. 

Early check-in: 

  • Between 8:00am to 10:00am: $100 + tax
  • Between 10:00am to 1:00pm: $50 + tax
  • Between 1:00pm to 3:00pm: $25 + tax

Late check-out: 

  • Between 1:00pm to 3:00pm: $50 + tax
  • Between 3:00pm to 5:00pm: $100 + tax
  • After 5:00pm: Full nightly rate

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. Any violations of systems or network security are prohibited, and may result in the guest-facing criminal and civil liability by local authorities.  We will not share your personal information. Матрасы от Naturalmat сделаны из натуральных тканей, а гипоаллергенный/антимикробный наполнитель состоит из кокосовых волокон, овечьей шерсти и латекса. Подушки изготовлены из гипоаллергенных материалов. Все чистящие средства безопасны для окружающей среды и нетоксичны. Для уборки ковров используется аппарат, который уничтожает все виды микробов и бактерий.
