YOTEL is located inside Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. To get to YOTEL, make your way to the Mezzanine level using the lifts next to Boots (from departures) or the lifts or escalator opposite WH Smith (from arrivals). We are located next to JD Wetherspoons on the Mezzanine level.
YOTEL is located landside - If arriving into or transferring from a flight at Heathrow Airport you must have valid visa entry into the UK and go through immigration after landing at Heathrow to stay with us.
From departures (2nd floor):
Make your way to Zone C and take the lifts next to Boots down to the Mezzanine level. YOTEL is located past Wetherspoon next to Caffe Italia.
From arrivals (ground floor):
Follow the signs for Trains/Heathrow Connect. Before you get to the ticketing area take the lift or the escalators on your left to the Mezzanine level. YOTEL is located past Wetherspoon next to Caffe Italia.
From Terminal 1, 2 & 3:
Follow the signs for Terminal 4 and Trains. Take the free transfer with Heathrow Connect to Terminal 4. Make your way towards arrivals and take the lift or the escalators on your right (opposite WH Smith) to the Mezzanine level. YOTEL is located past Wetherspoons.
From Terminal 5:
Follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 & trains. Take the free transfer with Heathrow Connect to Heathrow Central (Terminals 1, 2 & 3). From Heathrow Central follow the signs for the free transfer with Heathrow Connect to Terminal 4. Make your way towards arrivals and take the lift or the escalators on your right (opposite WH Smith) to the mezzanine level. YOTEL is located past Wetherspoons.
For airside transfer passengers follow the instructions to transfer in the flight connections centre for Terminal 4. Go through immigration and arrivals and follow the signs for Trains. Before you get to the ticketing area, take the lift or the escalators on your left (opposite WH Smith) to the Mezzanine level.
Please note if you a transferring passenger through Heathrow / Gatwick Airport that although we are inside the Terminal building you must be able to 'enter' the UK via immigration to stay with us.

For early departures a bus operates from Terminal 4 to Terminals 1, 2 & 3. The bus departs from Stand 7 outside Terminal 4 at 04:20 (journey time 20 minutes). For more information visit www.tfl.gov.uk

1. Customers are reminded that heightened security restrictions remain in force at all UK airports
2. Customers are advised that YOTEL at London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports are secure facilities.
3. Existing security measures may require consent for bags to be screened by x-ray and searched by hand. Please note that this is a condition of booking and that failure to give your consent to screening and searching will result in you not being allowed to take your bags into the YOTEL demise.
4. YOTEL reserves the right to access a customers’ cabin in the event of a security alert at anytime.
