We don’t have a secured bike room. Guests can leave their bikes in the outdoor parking area, where there is space to lock them with a padlock. Please note that the hotel does not provide padlocks.

Is there heating or air conditioning in all rooms?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Is there early check-in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. Any early check-in may be subjected to a flat fee of 20 CHF (Swiss francs). To book and/or pay for early check-in please speak with our Mission Control crew.
Can I get a late checkout at YOTEL Geneva Lake?
Sure, do not hesitate to contact our Mission control to request your late checkout (subject to availability and at additional cost).
Can I request a crib or any extra bed?
A crib can be added upon request (free of charge) - but not in our Premium Queen rooms. However, YOTEL Geneva Lake does not provide any extra bed. Only our First Class rooms are equipped with a sofa bed for a third guest.
Is there Chromecast in all rooms?
Yes, you'll be able to watch your favourite episodes in your bedroom thanks to the Chromecast system.
Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service but Grab + Go is available at our restaurant.
What are the opening times of the HVGGE bar?
HVGGE bar is open 7 days a week for breakfast from 6.30am to 10am, for lunch from 12pm to 2pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm. Reservations are recommended.
Do I have to book breakfast in advance?
You can add your breakfast in advance if you wish, but this is not compulsory and can be done on arrival.
How old may children enjoy free breakfast?
Buffet breakfast costs CHF 22 per person. Free for all children under 11 years old if accompanied by a parent.
Does YOTEL Geneva Lake have a spa or swimming pool?
We have a 24/7 gym, located next to our reception area.
Is there a rooftop terrace available?

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel if I arrive early or after departure time?
