We have tried to create a first class hotel experience at a great value price, we keep things simple, with automated check in and out that frees up our team of crew to help you. We man Mission Control, a one stop service on FOUR, 24 / 7.

Our cabins are small but perfectly formed, smartly designed so that everything is at your fingertips, simple and easy to use. We have installed the quietest aircon unit we could find and created extra space by using convertible beds with storage.

Our super-strength Wifi is completely free to use throughout the hotel.

We don’t do room service or have mini bars/coffee makers because they can be so expensive. Instead we’ve built a ‘Galley’ kitchen with complimentary hot drinks and purified water and ice accessible 24/7 on every floor and we have a ‘Food to Go’ menu available from Dohyo restaurant if you need take out. Feel free to meet on 'FOUR for complimentary tea, coffee and muffins at breakfast time.

On FOUR you can find New York's largest outdoor terrace, bars, restaurant, studio and gym.

669 cabins ranging from a 170sqft Premium Queen cabin to a 1000sqft VIP 2 cabin suite complete with fireplace, billiard table, apple mac, Bowers and Wilkins sound system and a kitchen !

Our standard check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am, of course we will do our best to check you in earlier if we can but if not, YOBOT will store your luggage until your cabin is ready.

Our check in and out is on self service (airline style) kiosks in Ground Control but dont worry there's crew on hand to help - 24/7.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Simply take your booking reference or the credit card you booked with and enter it at the kiosk.

Give us your email address so we can keep you up to date with offers and information about YOTEL New York.

The kiosk will ask whether you want 1 or 2 key cards.

It will issue you with your keys along with a receipt for your records and also any messages for you.

Make your way to 'FOUR' via the elevators, take a right turn and then an elevator to your cabin from there.

and now for some YO! time...

The worlds most radical approach to storing left luggage, it's fun, efficient and only the beginning of baggage management ... also known as YOBOT.

The T-Tech by Tumi luggage Lounge lets you safely store your bags before check in or after check out so you can make the most of your visit. Find out more about Tumi

Simply place your belongings in one the 150 bins, enter a PIN No. and your last name and watch YOBOT store it away safely.

YOBOT will give you a receipt to take away with you.

When you need your belongings back you can retrieve them just simply by letting YOBOT scan the bar code on your receipt or use your PIN and last name.

Our version of a concierge desk for a one stop service and shop.

Our Mission Control desk can be reached by phone from your cabin or visit them on 'FOUR'. They will help you with any requests you might have 24/7.

Based at the desk is also our Concierge service, they are experts in recommending restaurants, tickets for shows, transport requests and sightseeing.

There you can also find emergency supplies so if you forget your toothbrush they can help with that too.

There is a mini kitchen 'Galley' on each guest cabin floor of the hotel. Its an added extra touch which we hope you'll enjoy.

In the Galley you will find;

A Lavazza coffee machine complimentary hot drinks including tea, coffee, latte, espresso and hot chocolate.

Purified water and ice machine.

A fridge to store that spare beer or two in that you couldnt manage to finish!

A microwave oven to heat up your take out.

A vending machine for soda/soft drink supplies.

Don't forget you can order from our 'Food to Go' menu from your cabin, simply order and then collect it from Dohyo restaurant on FOUR and join us for complimentary tea, coffee and muffins on 'FOUR' at breakfast time.

We have a small Gym on 'FOUR' located next to Club Lounge with technogym equipment, might be too much detail for you but if you need it here is the list of equipment;
