How do I cancel a booking?

To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly. 

Hotel contact details to be found in the Location section for each hotel.

You will need your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking.

Security Deposit: There is a $100 per night incidental hold / security deposit that is taken upon arrival. This is a temporary hold and will be released back to your original form of payment after check-out.

Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:

YOTEL member Join the YOTEL Club when you book. Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 3pm the day before your check-in date
Flexible Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 3pm the day prior to your check-in date

Other promotional rates may have different payment and cancellation conditions.
