Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:

Rate Cancellation Terms
YOTEL member Join the YOTEL Club when you book. Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 3pm the day before your check-in date
Flexible Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to your check-in date
Retails Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge1 day prior to your check-in date
Breakfast included Daily breakfast is included for each guest. Flexible modification and cancellation.

Other promotional rates may have different payment and cancellation conditions.

How do I cancel a booking?

To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly. 

Hotel contact details to be found in the Location section for each hotel.

You will need your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking.
