How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.
Hotel contact details to be found in the Location section for each hotel.
You will need your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking.

What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:
|Join Club@YOTEL when you book. Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 2pm on the same day of your check-in date|
|Flexible modification and cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 3pm the day prior to your check-in date|
Other promotional rates may have different payment and cancellation conditions.
