Um eine direkt auf unserer Website oder bei einem unserer Hotels vorgenommene Reservierung zu ändern oder zu stornieren, gehen Sie bitte zu Ihrem YOTEL-Konto oder wenden Sie sich direkt an die betreffende Einrichtung.

Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:

How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.
Hotel contact details to be found in the Location section for each hotel.
You will need your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking.
