City, state and local tax is added to your booking. Additionally, the mandatory $37 facility fee includes benefits designed to perk up your trip, including: 

  • High speed WiFi in all guest rooms and common areas
  • Local and domestic long distance phone calls (international calls are not included)
  • In-room, laptop sized safe
  • In-room mobile casting on all guest room TVs
  • $5 discount per person off Speedboat Thriller Tours from Bayside Marketplace
  • $10 discount when spending $50 at the Hard Rock Cafe located at Bayside Marketplace
  • Two (2) beach chairs daily in the heart of South Beach at the Boucher Brother’s station located at 5th Street and Ocean Drive
