Our hotels will join Hilton in phases, until then if you have a reservation as a YOTEL Club Member, your benefits remain the same. All participating YOTELs will be part of Hilton by the end of September 2026

What's changing?
Earlier this year YOTEL announced an exclusive collaboration with Hilton. From 15 July, YOTEL hotels will start joining Hilton Honors, Hilton's loyalty programme. This means YOTEL Club benefits are moving across to Hilton Honors, giving members access to a much bigger network: 9,000+ Hilton hotels worldwide, including every YOTEL.
Is YOTEL Club closing down?
Yes. YOTEL Club officially closes to members on 15 July 2026. All members will be contacted directly ahead of this date with details of what's happening, how to join Hilton Honors, and how to claim their welcome offer. If you were a member before this date, you will have been contacted directly. All YOTEL Club benefits remain in place until the hotel joins Hilton Honors.
What happens to bookings I've already made on yotel.com?
Nothing changes. Any current YOTEL Club booking made directly on www.yotel.com is not affected by the transition to Hilton Honors.
Will I still get a discount when booking direct?
Yes. Booking direct on yotel.com will always have the best prices at properties globally.
Will I get the same benefits I had with YOTEL Club?
YOTEL Club and Hilton Honors are different programmes with different benefits, so it won't be a like-for-like swap. Hilton Honors is one of the world's largest loyalty programmes, meaning you can earn and redeem points across 9,000+ hotels globally and will be eligible for benefits during your stay.

When can I start earning Hilton Honors points?
YOTEL properties will transition to Hilton's systems over the course of July, August and September 2026, with all participating hotels expected to be live by mid-September. Once a hotel enters Hilton's systems all direct bookings will be eligible for Hilton Honors benefits.
Are my existing bookings with YOTEL eligible for Hilton Honors points?
Existing bookings that were made directly through yotel.com will be eligible for Hilton Honors points & benefits after the hotel has cut over into Hilton’s systems. When each hotel transitions into Hilton's systems, if booking data matches a Hilton Honors account, the stay will automatically show up in the member’s account. If a member does not see their booking, they can contact Hilton Reservations & Customer Care. Only direct bookings are eligible for Hilton Honors benefits.
Which hotels are going to participate?
The YOTEL x Hilton integration will happen in a phased approach. The first phase will see most YOTEL properties join Hilton by mid-September 2026. YOTELAIR properties, YOTEL Istanbul Airport and YOTEL Manchester Deansgate are not part of the first phase, but our intention is to integrate them in a second phase. We do not have a target date for the second phase yet.
