We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

You may leave the airport when staying at YOTELAIR Istanbul Airport (Airside), however will need the following to access back into the hotel:

Your YOTELAIR Istanbul Airport (Airside) booking confirmation
Proof of travel, for example your boarding card (which must be for same day or next day)

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too. Our standard check-in time is any time after 6pm and check-out is any time before 11am.

YOTELAIR Istanbul Airport (Airside) is located inside the retail Duty Free area after passport control and security. You must go through security and passport control to access the hotel. Only hand luggage is permitted. It is not possible to bring large items of luggage to the hotel. The aviation rules around liquids and container size also apply, so only take what you would usually take for hand luggage into the airside transit area. We provide shower gel, shampoo and fluffy towels in our cabins. You MUST have a valid boarding pass. Check your flight details before booking our hotel.

YOTELAIR Istanbul Airport (Airside) is located airside of the terminal. Guests staying airside MUST have a valid boarding pass for an international flight. Only hand luggage is permitted. It is not possible to bring large items of luggage to the hotel.

If you arrive via an international flight, DO NOT GO THROUGH PASSPORT CONTROL. Our airside hotel is located inside the retail Duty Free area. Please follow the signs to the A, B and C gates and turn left at the LCW store. If you arrive via the city, or via a domestic flight, GO THROUGH PASSPORT CONTROL to reach airside. The aviation rules around liquids and container size also apply, so only take what you would usually take for hand luggage into the airside transit area. We provide shower gel, shampoo and fluffy towels in our cabins.
