What baggage can I bring to the hotel?
Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage at Mission Control. There is some storage in our cabins, ideal for 1 large suitcase. There is baggage storage available at L1 in Jewel Changi Airport and in all other airport terminals.

For passengers who are coming from Terminal 4, there is a complimentary shuttle service available. The hotel is located on the 4th Floor of Jewel Changi Airport, landside. The nearest lobby to the hotel entrance is Lobby H.
