Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. Any early check-in may be subjected to a flat fee of 20 CHF (Swiss francs). To book and/or pay for early check-in please speak with our Mission Control crew.

Standard check-out time is 11am. Too early? Late check-out is available, please enquire with our Mission Control crew on arrival (subject to availability).

The first hour up until 12pm is complimentary. Any check-out after 12pm will be subject to a charge of £15 / €15 per hour, up until 3pm.

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the Mission Control crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.

YOTEL Amsterdam is a non-smoking hotel and no-smoking policies are enforced throughout the premises. In the event of a false alarm being activated by a guest violating our no smoking policy and the YOTEL premises being evacuated, YOTEL reserves the right to impose a charge of at least €500 on the guest who activated the alarm and/or created any lingering smell of smoke or visible damage to surfaces and material finishes guest cabins. In the case a guest is smoking in a guest cabin, YOTEL reserves the right to impose a charge of at least €200 on the guest who smoked in the guest cabin and/or created any lingering smell of smoke or visible damage to the surfaced and material finishes guest cabins. Disabling or covering the smoke detector might result in immediate termination of the stay and result in eviction of the hotel room. This also goes for using the emergency exits for smoking purposes.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. Матрасы от Naturalmat сделаны из натуральных тканей, а гипоаллергенный/антимикробный наполнитель состоит из кокосовых волокон, овечьей шерсти и латекса. Подушки изготовлены из гипоаллергенных материалов. Все чистящие средства безопасны для окружающей среды и нетоксичны. Для уборки ковров используется аппарат, который уничтожает все виды микробов и бактерий.
