Yes. The hotel is open around the clock. The 24-hour reception and flexible hourly booking option make it a practical choice for early departures, late arrivals, and overnight layovers. Every cabin has a SmartBed™ and blackout conditions to make sleep possible at any hour.

What time can I check in at YOTELAIR Gatwick?

YOTELAIR Gatwick has 24-hour reception. For overnight bookings, standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00. For hourly bookings, check-in is available at any time, subject to availability. 

Can I book YOTELAIR London Gatwick Airport by the hour for a layover or short stay?

Yes. YOTELAIR Gatwick offers bookings from a four-hour minimum, making it well suited to long layovers, post-arrival rest, and pre-flight stops. Book in from the South Terminal without passing through airside security, then check out and head straight to departures. Overnight bookings are also available for a full night's sleep before an early departure.

Is YOTELAIR London Gatwick in the South Terminal or the North Terminal?

YOTELAIR is in the South Terminal, under a minute's walk from international arrivals. For guests looking for North Terminal hotels, YOTELAIR is the practical answer: the free inter-terminal shuttle runs 24 hours and reaches the South Terminal in around two minutes.

Checking in and checking out

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too. Our standard check-in time is any time after 6pm and check-out is any time before 9am.

Do I need a visa to access YOTELAIR?

YOTELAIR London Gatwick is located in the South Terminal which is landside with public access. If landing, you will need to be able to enter the UK in order to stay with us.

What if I have allergies?

We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

Can I bring my pet with me?

YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.
