YOTEL公式サイト（YOTEL.com）またはカスタマーサービスを通じて直接ご予約いただいた場合は、「マイアカウント」 ページから変更・キャンセルが可能です。
ご予約時に使用されたメールアドレスと予約番号をご用意のうえ、お手続きください。
ホテルの連絡先は各ホテルの「ロケーション」セクションに記載されています。
予約参照番号と予約に使用したメールアドレスが必要になります。
