We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

You may leave the airport when staying at YOTEL Istanbul Airport (Landside).

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. You can access Mission Control 24/7 should you need any assistance. Our standard check-in time is any time after 2pm and check-out is any time before 11am.

YOTEL Istanbul Airport (Landside) is located on the landside of the main terminal building. You may bring all travel luggage with you to the hotel include large items of luggage and hand luggage. You can store your luggage with Mission Control located on the ground floor. Please note there is limited storage in your cabin. The hotel is located before security and passport control next to the check-in counters. You will find the entrance of the hotel opposite terminal door entrance 7.

YOTEL Istanbul Airport (Landside) is located on the Departures floor within the main terminal building, opposite the terminal entrance #7 and next to the check-in counter “R”. If you arrived at Istanbul Airport via a domestic flight, you are on the landside and please DO NOT GO THROUGH THE PASSPORT CONTROL. If you are coming to the Airport via an international flight, you are on the airside, please GO THROUGH THE PASSPORT CONTROL and reach landside where you can have access to the landside of the hotel. (For this you will need a valid Turkey visa).
