Our hotel is located airside at Charles de Gaulle Airport in the transit area of terminal 2E (Gate L); (L41-L53). We can only be accessed by passengers with a departing international flight outside of the European Union (with the exception of the United Kingdom) flying from Terminal 2E gates K, L, M or passengers that are in transit to or from an international flight outside of the European Union in the same terminal.

Access to the terminal is closed overnight from 10:30pm to 5:00am, make sure to allow enough time for accessing the area.

To reach us from the public land-side area of the airport, you MUST have a valid boarding pass for Terminal 2E gates K, L or M. These gates are only for international flights outside the Schengen area (EU expect from the United Kingdom). You may also reach us if you land in Terminal 2E, stay in the transit area do not clear customs and do not have luggage to claim and re-check.

As our hotel is located in the secure area of the airport, only hand luggage is permitted on-site. 

WHEN TO REACH US - FROM 5:00AM TO 10.30PM
If coming from landside you must pass through security by 10.30pm to access the hotel and have a valid flight departing the day of check-out.

If you’re arriving at Gate L, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from our hotel.

For those arriving at Gate K or M in Terminal 2E, please take the LISA Shuttle which is currently operating between 5am – 11:30pm daily.
