YOTEL Tokyo is steps away from Ginza, the city’s most popular dining and shopping destination, featuring flagship stores for many of the world’s best-known brands. Japan's first YOTEL is also only a fifteen-minute walk from Tokyo station, home to the city’s main Shinkansen high-speed rail terminal providing access to most parts of Japan as well as the Narita express, the city’s main gateway to Narita International Airport.

YOTEL arrives for the first time in Malaysia in summer 2025. YOTEL Kuala Lumpur's super central location will put guests within reach of the Petronas Towers and steps from Bukit Bintang shopping and entertainment district. Expect cleverly designed rooms, a rooftop pool bar, panoramic city views and innovative co-working spaces to feature.

YOTEL Lisbon WTC will be located within the World Trade Center Lisboa, minutes away from Lisbon city centre, a short drive from the beaches in Cascais and adjacent to Monsanto, the largest green area in the region. The hotel will feature a restaurant, event space and a panoramic rooftop bar, all catering to both local office workers and in-house guests, alongside a GRAB+GO, co-working areas, and a 24/7 fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment.

By the end of 2024, the city will be home to a brand-new YOTEL within the soon-to-be revitalised Underground. The property will boast our signature cleverly designed rooms as well as YOTELPAD long-stay accommodation. YOTEL Oxagon marks YOTEL's first opening in Saudi Arabia, and stands to become a key hospitality development in one of the world’s most ambitious projects, set to redefine sustainable urban living. The first hotel in Oxagon will be within the city’s Research and Innovation district, slated to open its doors in 2025.
