YOTELPAD Park City is ADA compliant in accordance with the construction statutes of the ADA (Department of Justice ADA Title III Regulation 28 CFR Part 36, 1991). We welcome guests of all abilities. Our property descriptions aim to allow any visitor to make an informed decision on whether the hotel is an appropriate choice for their needs.
ADA Property Features:
There is Valet parking and four handicap parking spaces located near the main elevators -approximately 50 feet away.
The entrances to the main building are double doors that easily open with ADA access electric buttons
The Front Desk is accessible to Wheelchair Guests.
From the Front Desk/Lobby area the outdoor patios, meeting room, Fireside Lounge and Game Room are accessible to Wheelchair Guests.
An elevator can take guests to the upper level of the building.
The Computer PODS has 1 bay that can accommodate wheelchairs.
The fitness center is located on the lobby level in which is easily accessible by all Wheelchair Guests.
The pool is located on the lobby level which is easily accessible by all Wheelchair Guests.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.
