YOTEL Bangkok

HOSPITALITY, UPGRADED

The hospitality industry is evolving rapidly. YOTEL is at the forefront of this evolution.

Embracing an asset light business model since our inception, YOTEL partners with a range of long term investors who share our vision for affordable luxury accommodation – featuring innovative and clever design, technology driven guest experiences and efficient operations.

By offering a unique blend of smart design and seamless functionality, YOTEL continues to disrupt traditional hotel concepts while delivering attractive investment opportunities for our partners. Our focus remains on redefining hospitality and creating spaces that meet the demands of modern travellers and developers alike.

YOTEL can deliver:
• More rooms per sqm than any traditional upscale hotel (30 sqm GFA per key).
• 4-star ADRs in the space constraints of a 2–3 star hotel.
• 50%+ GOP margins in city centre markets.
