Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.
Can I ship items to the hotel?
The hotel applies a daily fee for the handling and storage of any package received for a guest, visitor, group, or third-party company prior to check-in or after check-out.
The following rates apply:
- $5 for a small package (0.1 lbs. to 5 lbs.)
- $7 for a medium package (over 5 lbs. to 15 lbs.)
- $10 for a large package (over 15 lbs. to 45 lbs.)
Packages weighing over 45 lbs. require advance notice so appropriate arrangements can be made and the fee can be adjusted for the recipient. Yotel reserves the right to reject any package.
Are pets allowed ?
No pets are not allowed in our YOTELs. We only allow assistance animals.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We welcome cats and dogs in our Miami hotel. Please note there is a $75 non-refundable fee per stay to cover the additional cleaning. We also require guests to let the hotel know in advance of arrival to better plan your visit.

Where can I report a lost or stolen item at YOTEL / YOTELPAD Miami?
If you have lost or left an item please report it to Mission Control, or contact YOTEL Miami at +1 786 785 5700 and speak with a crew member.
Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too.
Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We offer an early check-in fee of $55 before 2pm. Our late check-out fee is $50 until 2pm; 50% of the best available rate until 5pm; and the full rate after 5pm. To add this to your booking, simply email us at [email protected].
Will YOTEL store luggage?
We offer luggage/item storage for guests. Our Mission Control Crew will be available to assist you.
What is the minimum check in age?
You must be 18 years of age to reserve a room and check-in. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, passport or government issued ID. Photo identification must also match the name on the reservation.

WiFi and internet acceptable use policy
We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights.
