Soon, you’ll be able to book YOTEL stays directly on all Hilton channels, and when you book through Hilton, you’ll also be able to earn and redeem Hilton Honors Points for your stay.

What happens to my YOTEL Club membership?
There is currently no change to your YOTEL Club membership or benefits. You can continue to use your membership while we integrate our systems.
Will my YOTEL Club benefits change?
At this time there are no changes to YOTEL Club benefits. As our reservations and loyalty systems integrate with Hilton's platform, we will communicate directly with members about any updates.
What happens to my existing reservations with YOTEL?
There is currently no change to your reservations. If you have a question or need to make a change, please continue to contact YOTEL as your primary point of contact. If any updates affect your reservation, we will notify you by email.
Can I add my Hilton Honors number to an existing YOTEL booking?
At this time YOTEL stays are not eligible for earning Hilton Honors points. Our aim is for Honors members to be able to earn and redeem points on YOTEL stays by the end of 2026.
Will YOTEL still operate independently?
Yes. YOTEL remains independently owned and operated. Our focus continues to be delivering the hospitality experience guests expect from the brand.
How will I be informed about future updates?
As we integrate our reservations and loyalty systems, we will communicate directly with YOTEL Club members via email.
When will I be able to book YOTEL through Hilton’s channels?
By the end of 2026, our aim is for participating YOTEL properties to be available to book through Hilton channels and for Hilton Honors members to be able to earn and redeem points.
