We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a $250* fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

*This can be higher at specific hotels

We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

Shimbashi Station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, providing access to JR lines, Tokyo Metro, and the Yurikamome Line. It’s a major transportation hub offering direct access to popular destinations like Odaiba, Shinjuku, and Shibuya, and it's also very convenient for Shinkansen transfers and access to both Haneda and Narita airports.

We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible, state the date of check-in/ due to limited storage space, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours of guest arrival.  If you would like to send your luggage to the airport, we can assist you through Airporter.

We offer a multi-story parking garage with a capacity of 26 vehicles. The maximum vehicle width is 1,950mm.The height limit is 2,050mm for high-roof vehicles and 1,550mm for standard vehicles. Please contact us in advance if you plan to use the parking facility.
