Can I bring my pet with me?

Allergies?
We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. Will YOTEL store luggage?
We offer self-service luggage and item storage via YOBOT, available on a first-come, first-served basis. A gratuity of $3 per item will be applied if Ground Control crew assistance is required to load or unload luggage.
In the event that YOBOT is at capacity or guests choose to store luggage in the hotel storage room, a gratuity of $3 will be applied to each item stored.
Hotel storage, including the use of YOBOT, is available exclusively to YOTEL guests only. If you have any questions regarding luggage storage, our Ground Control Crew will be available to assist you.

At YOTEL, we've replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too.
Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for a fee. See details below.
Early check-in:

- Between 10:00am to 1:00pm: $50 + tax
- Between 1:00pm to 3:00pm: $25 + tax
Late check-out:
- Between 1:00pm to 3:00pm: $50 + tax

Can I bring outside alcohol onto the property?
In accordance with the general laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Boston, we cannot allow patrons to bring outside alcoholic beverages onto our premises including but not limited to guest cabins. We have secured storage options at Mission Control where guests can store any alcoholic beverages throughout their stay at no charge.
Delivery of letters and / packages
We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible, state the date of check-in/ due to limited storage space, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours of guest arrival.

You can store your luggage with Mission Control located on the ground floor.
Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Do you have on-site parking?
Valet parking is located in front of the hotel on Seaport Blvd. The cost is $70 per night with unlimited in and out privileges until 3pm on day of departure. An additional $15 charge will be applied from 3pm to 2am. Day use valet is $30 until 2am. Please note valet parking is operated by a third party and these rates are correct at time of publishing. Self-parking garages are available in the Seaport district but are not affiliated with the YOTEL Boston.

How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.

Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service, however, you can purchase food from Vela Seaport and take it to your room.
How fast is the free WiFi?
Our super-fast WiFI is available anywhere on the property. Just connect your device and a prompt will pop up. We aim to provide a 20/20 service which means 20 mbps download and 20 mbps upload (mbps is megabits per second). We have no limit on the number of devices you can connect. For people who like techy details, we use Access Points that support “802.11ac” and is fully compatible with older devices.
Business centre / gym
PCs and print capabilities are free to use located opposite Mission Control on Ground Level. If you need to print anything, Mission Control will be happy to help. The gym is open 24/7. This is fitted with state of the art fitness equipment. Mission Control can arrange a fitness instructor if required.
Do you offer guest laundry facilities?
Let us take care of your finest threads. Just fill the laundry bag and drop it at Mission Control with your slip before 8pm each day. Your items will be returned within 24 hours. Service is available seven days a week. Pricing and timing information is available on the laundry slip or at Mission Control.
