You can order food delivery to your airport hotel cabin 24/7 from Mission Control. We offer a selection of meals, sweet and savoury snacks as well as a range of drinks such as hot drinks, soft drinks, juice, beer, wine and small bottles of spirits.
Location: YOTELAIR Amsterdam Schiphol is located in the international transit area (airside) of Terminal 2 (Lounge 2) where only hand-luggage is permitted. If you are in the public landside area, you will need your boarding pass for a flight that leaves within 24-hours and your YOTELAIR confirmation in order to go through security and passport control. If you are already inside the international transit area and have no luggage to collect, you may walk directly to the hotel and can stay more than 24-hours.
Please note that only gate M is not accessible from our hotel..

Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy, guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

WiFi and internet acceptable use policy
We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to amend or cancel a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. A full refund will be processed if cancelled on time.
What is your standard check-in and check-out time?
No set check-in. No set check-out. Planes don’t clock off, and neither do we. Our crew’s on hand 24/7 to get you in, out, or back to bed.
For overnight stays, 18:00 to 09:00 usually does the trick. Rest, then take off. For overnight stays, any booking between the hours of 18:00 and 9:00 the next morning are charged at the same rate, so relax and lie in (if your flight allows!)
Will I still be charged if my flight is delayed and I miss my stay?
In the event of flight delays or disruption, there will be no refund. There may be emergency or security circumstances outside of our control where guests may be asked to evacuate. In these circumstances, no refund will be paid. If you need to make an airline or travel insurance claim, we can supply you with a no-show invoice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
YOTEL accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards. A valid credit or debit card is required at check-in.
