GETTING TO US
The hotel sits inside the South Terminal's landside area, under a minute from international arrivals: no need to pass through airside security. From the North Terminal, the free terminal shuttle runs 24 hours and takes around two minutes. Gatwick Airport railway station is a five-minute walk from the hotel, with direct services to London Victoria via the Gatwick Express (30 minutes), London Bridge and St Pancras International via Thameslink, and connections on Southern Railway. The Elizabeth line links central London to YOTEL London City near Liverpool Street and Farringdon for guests continuing into the city.

If you are leaving the UK, you can easily access the hotel. It is located before passport control. If you are entering the UK or in transit to another destination, you will need valid entry into the UK (visa) to clear UK immigration and access the hotel. If you are landing at the North Terminal, come through immigration/passport control, past baggage reclaim, take the shuttle service to the South Terminal and follow the instructions above to reach our hotel. If you are landing at the South Terminal, come through immigration/passport control, past baggage reclaim, and follow the instructions above to reach our hotel. Please note that YOTELAIR is unable to refund guests who cannot stay with us because they do not have the correct documentation to enter the UK. Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to amend or cancel a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. A full refund will be processed if cancelled on time.
What is your standard check-in and check-out time?
No set check-in. No set check-out. Planes don’t clock off, and neither do we. Our crew’s on hand 24/7 to get you in, out, or back to bed.
For overnight stays, 18:00 to 09:00 usually does the trick. Rest, then take off. For overnight stays, any booking between the hours of 18:00 and 9:00 the next morning are charged at the same rate, so relax and lie in (if your flight allows!)
