 Yes. YOTEL Geneva Lake offers a shuttle service to and from Geneva Airport, with a journey time of approximately 15 minutes, as well as a once-daily shuttle service to Nyon.

Airport shuttles run in the morning and evening only; please note there is no service between 11:20 and 18:00. Airport pick-up is available from Terminal 1 arrivals level, outside Exit 3—guests should contact reception upon arrival to arrange collection.

No reservation is required (or: advance booking via reception, if applicable), and seats are limited. Luggage space is available onboard.
Outside of shuttle operating hours, public buses and taxis are available throughout the day.

Yes, it is possible to call an Uber or a taxi quickly. Mission Control remains at your disposal for these kinds of requests.

Getting into Geneva city centre is simple and reliable with one transfer at Coppet, the main connection point for onward travel into the city.

Take bus 813 or 814 from Chavannes-de-Bogis, Champs-Blancs to Coppet Gare. From there, catch a direct train to Genève-Cornavin, Geneva’s central station. Trains run frequently throughout the day, making it an easy option for both business and leisure travellers.

Travelling to Lausanne is simple with one transfer at Coppet, the main connection point for regional rail services.

Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. Any early check-in may be subjected to a flat fee of 20 CHF (Swiss francs). To book and/or pay for early check-in please speak with our reception crew.

We don’t have a secured bike room. Guests can leave their bikes in the outdoor parking area, where there is space to lock them with a padlock. Please note that the hotel does not provide padlocks.

Yes, you can leave your luggage if you arrive too early and the room is not ready, or if you still want to walk around after you leave.

A crib can be added upon request (free of charge) - but not in our Premium Queen rooms. However,  YOTEL Geneva Lake does not provide any extra bed. Only our First Class rooms are equipped with a sofa bed for a third guest.

Our rooms are for single, double or triple occupancy, depending on the category. Only the tourist tax and breakfast may impact the amount on the bill.

Yes, your credit card number is used to guarantee your booking. For your information, our system is completely secure.

The tourist tax is paid to the canton of Vaud. It amounts to CHF 4.50 and must be paid by each guest.

This tourist tax gives you free access to the EXPLORE card.

We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking at non-designated smoking areas on property. There is at least a CHF 150 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

We do not offer room service but Grab + Go is available at our restaurant.
