Can I bring my pet with me?

Allergies?
We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Can I ship items to the hotel?
We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible state the date of check-in. Received packages must be picked up within 48 hours.
What is the minimum check in age?
You must be 18 years of age to reserve a room and check-in. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, passport or government issued ID. Photo identification must also match the name on the reservation.

We offer luggage/item storage for guests. Our Mission Control Crew will be available to assist you.

Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too. Our standard check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out is any time before 11am.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

How fast is the free WiFi?
One of the easiest things to do at YOTELPAD is stay connected. Our WiFi is super-fast, free and everywhere throughout the property; brilliant for staying in touch with loved ones or just posting great memories online. You will find multiple USB and international charging points in your cabin and co-working spaces in Komyuniti.
Gym
Our gym is open 24/7 just in case you want to get a late night or early morning workout in. This state of the art gym features a variety of brand new equipment including cardio, a Kinesis Fitness Wall, a yoga studio, and a steam room to help you break a sweat and work up a great appetite for life.
