YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We offer luggage/item storage for our guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Our reception crew is available to assist you and will be happy to store your belongings.

Unfortunately due to limited storage space, we cannot accept packages on your behalf.

If you have lost or left an item please report it to reception.

We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Taxis and Ubers are easy to find, but Amsterdam’s compact layout means bikes and trams are often faster. If you do need a car, rideshares are reliable and available city-wide.

You can cover most of central Amsterdam on foot. For longer trips, hop on a bike or a tram—they’re the city’s secret weapons for getting around.

We do offer rollaways which are available at an additional cost. Pack and play cribs are available at no extra cost. They are subject to availability and fit into certain room types, please request when making your booking.

Just fill the laundry bag in your cabin, select your service type, and drop it at reception on the ground floor. Service is available from Monday to Saturday, make sure to drop it off before 9.25am and we will have your laundry back after 7pm all fresh. Pricing information is available in your cabin.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. Any violations of systems or network security are prohibited, and may result in the guest-facing criminal and civil liability by local authorities.  We will not share your personal information. A booking made directly with us, via our website or via our reservations department (email/phone), can be cancelled by contacting us on the following email address [email protected] and number +31 20 787 0180.

Instead, a booking made on a third party company (Booking.com/Expedia/Hoteliers/…) can be cancelled only by contacting the company utilised to book. Please, contact the email address or phone number you see on your booking confirmation.

Tax: We don’t charge any credit card fees at YOTEL Amsterdam or for hotel service. However, your bank might apply fees for currency exchange if applicable.  Pricing for hotels in Amsterdam is subject to the City Tax (mandatory fee) at 12.5% of the accommodation costs excluding VAT and is subject to municipality changes.

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the reception crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.

Standard check-out time is 11am. Too early? Late check-out is available, please enquire with our reception crew on arrival (subject to availability).

The first hour up until 12pm is complimentary. Any check-out after 12pm will be subject to a charge of £15 / €15 per hour, up until 3pm.

Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. Any early check-in may be subjected to a flat fee of €20 . To book and/or pay for early check-in please speak with our reception crew.

The room rate does not include 12.5% city tax per room per night. You will need to pay this by card when you check in

We do not offer room service. However, we have Deck, our restaurant and bar situated on the ground floor.

Parking in Amsterdam has never been so easy! Upon arrival at the hotel, you can park your car for €15 per day in your very own parking space (first come first served). There is also nearby street parking for a daily fee.
