Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

What if I have allergies?
We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

The MBTA Silver Line is less than five minutes walk from the hotel. Boston Logan Airport is 3 stops away. Boston South Station only 1 stop away. We do not offer any shuttle service. Taxis can be ordered from reception.
Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we've replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the reception crew is available round the clock too.
Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for a fee. See details below.

Can I bring outside alcohol onto the property?
In accordance with the general laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Boston, we cannot allow patrons to bring outside alcoholic beverages onto our premises including but not limited to guest cabins. We have secured storage options at reception where guests can store any alcoholic beverages throughout their stay at no charge.
Delivery of letters and / packages
We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible, state the date of check-in/ due to limited storage space, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours of guest arrival.
Will YOTEL store luggage?
A crew member will gladly assist with complimentary luggage storage.
Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Do you have a business centre or a gym?
PCs and print capabilities are free to use located opposite reception on Ground Level. If you need to print anything, reception will be happy to help. The gym is open 24/7. This is fitted with state of the art fitness equipment. Reception can arrange a fitness instructor if required.
Do you offer guest laundry facilities?
Let us take care of your finest threads. Just fill the laundry bag and drop it at reception with your slip before 8pm each day. Your items will be returned within 24 hours. Service is available seven days a week. Pricing and timing information is available on the laundry slip or at reception.

How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.

Do you have on-site parking?
Valet parking is located in front of the hotel on Seaport Blvd. The cost is $80 per night with unlimited in and out privileges until 3pm on day of departure. An additional $15 charge will be applied from 3pm to 2am. Day use valet is $40 until 2am. Please note valet parking is operated by a third party and these rates are correct at time of publishing. Self-parking garages are available in the Seaport district but are not affiliated with the YOTEL Boston.
