Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

What if I have allergies?
We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We offer free luggage/item storage for guests. Our reception crew will be available to assist you.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. How fast is the free WiFi?
Our Wi-Fi is available anywhere on the property. Just click and connect your device, we have a 1Gbps connection into YOTEL with no limits on the number of devices you can connect. For people who like techy details, we use dual-band Access Points that support “802.11ac”. Our wireless network is fully compatible with new and older devices.

What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:

Is there early check-in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. When you arrive at the hotel, if there is availability, early check-in between 1 – 3pm is free. Any early check-in before 1pm will be subjected to a flat fee of £20 / €20. To book and/or pay for early check-in please speak with our reception team.
Is there late check-out?
Standard check-out time is 11am. Too early? Late check-out is available, please enquire with our reception crew on arrival (subject to availability).
The first hour up until 12pm is complimentary. Any check-out after 12pm will be subject to a charge of £15 / €15 per hour, up until 3pm.
How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.

We do not offer room service, however, there are options for Grab+Go vending.

Yes, breakfast is served daily in VEGA on the 7th floor during the following times:
Weekdays: 7am-10am
Weekends: 8am -10.30am
Do I need to book VEGA?
You do not need to make a booking for breakfast if this is included in your stay. For all other visits, we do keep a small number of tables back for hotel guests but we recommend booking your table for food and drinks and/or bowling ahead of your trip to avoid any disappointment.

What is Green Key?
Green Key is a voluntary eco-certification programme for hotels, hostels, campsites, holiday parks, small accommodations as well as conference centres, attractions and restaurants.
