Can I ship items to the hotel?
We accept packages on your behalf only by prior arrangement and agreement. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible state the date of check-in.
Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

For PCs and printing facilities please head to reception – our friendly crew will be happy to help. The gym is open 24/7 and is fitted with state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
Do all the rooms have windows?
Almost all our rooms have windows (some rooms have internal windows.)
In line with UK safety regulations, our windows are fixed and cannot be opened. This design not only complies with safety standards but also enhances guest comfort: fixed panels provide better soundproofing from the outside and allow for more efficient climate control inside the room. We currently possess one room that does not have any windows.
To ensure fresh air circulation, every room is equipped with a high-performance ventilation system that continuously brings in filtered air from outside while maintaining a comfortable temperature.

Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the reception crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.

Is there early check-in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. When you arrive at the hotel, if there is availability, early check-in between 1 – 3pm is free. Any early check-in before 1pm will be subjected to a flat fee of £20 / €20. To book and/or pay for early check-in please review your booking on the self-service stations or speak with our reception crew.
Is there late check-out?
Standard check-out time is 11am. Too early? Late check-out is available, please enquire with our reception crew on arrival or via the self service stations (subject to availability).
