Day rates
Day rates can be reserved in our Premium Queen Cabins for stays between 6AM and 10PM (same day), with a minimum of 4 hours, subject to availability.
Our Premium Queen Cabins are cleverly designed to maximise space and includes an adjustable SmartBed, a smart TV, pull out workstation and WiFi, and a refreshing rain shower with Urban Jungle bath amenities.
Overnight bookings
YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport offers private rooms to rest, refresh, and reset.
Our rooms boast sleek, modern features, a cosy bed, a smart TV, and a functional desk. That's everything you need to recharge before your flight.
Private shower cabins
Needing a refresh on your layover? Our private shower cabins give you space to scrub up before or after your next flight. We have three shower cabins available for walk-ins only at S$23.98 for 15 minutes, with payment on arrival.
Rental includes a bath towel, amenities and hairdryer. Luggage storage is not available.
Stretch out your stopover with lounge access and a complimentary hot drink for S$11.99 per hour, or gym access for S$11.99 per hour.

YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport is located in JEWEL Changi Airport, before immigration and passport control. Guests who are in transit must pass through immigration and passport control in order to access the hotel, and in certain instances, a visa may be required. You will find us on the 4th floor, between Terminals 1 and 2.
Please look out for Lobby H. You will find the entrance of the hotel after exiting the elevator.
Alternatively, you may take the escalator direct to level 4 upon entering from arrival hall Terminal 1.

Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a $250* fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

What baggage can I bring to the hotel?
Luggage storage is available for guests waiting to check-in only. Luggage storage is not available for guests who have checked-in and checked-out.
We recommend that guests proceed to the Baggage Storage Facility on Level 1 of JEWEL Changi Airport where we have secured a preferential rate for our Hotel guests. Alternatively, there is the Early Check In counter, also on Level 1, where selected major airlines allow early check in to flights up to 24hrs prior to flight departure time.

How fast is the free WiFi?
Our super-fast WiFI is available anywhere on the property. Just connect your device and a prompt will pop up. We aim to provide a 20/20 service which means 20 mbps download and 20 mbps upload (mbps is megabits per second). We have no limit on the number of devices you can connect. For people who like techy details, we use Access Points that support “802.11ac” and is fully compatible with older devices.
Will YOTELAIR store luggage?
Luggage storage is available for guests waiting to check-in only. Luggage storage is not available for guests who have checked-in and checked-out.

Can children stay in the cabins?
Children are welcome at YOTELAIR. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over). Children may stay alone in YOTELAIR cabins at the discretion of their parents, however we need a signed disclaimer from the parents and a copy of the parents' passport.
Recommendations for families:
Premium Cabins: 2 adults, 2 adults with 1 child under 5 or 1 adult and 2 children
Family Cabin: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
A baby cot can be added to the Family cabin ONLY - no other bedding can be added to any other cabin type. If you are unsure please contact customer services on +65 6407 7888.
How do I amend a booking made through a third party website?
You will need to contact the company you booked with to make any changes.
Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. Our friendly reception team are here to help give you a seamless stay. You can access reception 24/7 and should you need any assistance, we’re available round the clock. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am.
Will I still be charged if my flight is delayed and I miss my stay?
In the event of flight delays or disruption, there will be no refund. There may be emergency or security circumstances outside of our control where guests may be asked to evacuate. In these circumstances, no refund will be paid. If you need to make an airline or travel insurance claim, we can supply you with a no-show invoice.
