YOTEL accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards. A valid credit or debit card is required at check-in.

Does YOTEL accept cash?
Some hotels accept cash, but many are completely cashless for your convenience.

I need my invoice. How can I get it?

Simply email us your request with your last name, first name, stay dates and booking confirmation number. We'll email your invoice back to you.

What is the city tax?

The tourist tax is paid to the canton of Vaud. It amounts to CHF 4.50 and must be paid by each guest.


This tourist tax gives you free access to the EXPLORE card.

Do I have to enter my credit card number online to make a reservation? Is your booking process secure?

Yes, your credit card number is used to guarantee your booking. For your information, our system is completely secure.

Will I be charged for extra people occupying my room?

Our rooms are for single, double or triple occupancy, depending on the category. Only the tourist tax and breakfast may impact the amount on the bill.
