Our modern ACTIVE Gym by Serenity is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is equipped with the latest equipment.
Do you have on-site parking?
Guests and visitors will be able to access the hotel’s private parking facilities on site for 15€/day. Charging stations for electric vehicles are also available.
Do you offer guest laundry facilities?
Let us take care of your finest threads. Just fill the laundry bag in your hotel cabin, select your service type and bring it to Mission Control before 9am. Like magic, your laundry will reappear in your cabin, before 5pm the same day. Service is available seven days a week. Pricing and timing information is available on the laundry slip or at Mission Control.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available. If you need an extra towel or a bottle of water, you may even get to meet our friendly guest service robots.
How fast is the free WiFi?
Our super-fast WiFI is available anywhere on the property. Just connect your device and a prompt will pop up. We aim to provide a 10/5 service which means 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload (mbps is megabits per second). We have no limit on the number of devices you can connect. For people who like techy details, we use Access Points that support “802.11ac” and is fully compatible with older devices.
