Will I still be charged if my flight is delayed and I miss my stay?
In the event of flight delays or disruption, there will be no refund. There may be emergency or security circumstances outside of our control where guests may be asked to evacuate. In these circumstances, no refund will be paid. If you need to make an airline or travel insurance claim, we can supply you with a no-show invoice.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), debit cards and cash*. Please note a valid credit/debit card must be presented at check-in.
