With new openings in Geneva and London and a number of hotels in the pipeline over the coming years, YOTEL continues to execute on fast-paced growth strategy.

LONDON, 15th April 2024: YOTEL, the non-stop hotel group with 22 hotels in sought after locations around the world, is preparing to open two new properties in Europe by June 2024 including YOTEL Geneva Lake and YOTELPAD London Stratford. The openings mark a significant milestone for the brand, particularly as it introduces its first YOTELPAD to the European market.

True to the YOTEL DNA, the upcoming hotels will be strategically located in some of the world’s most vibrant destinations. From the leading shopping, restaurant, and entertainment area in London, to providing travellers easy access to business and leisure destinations such as Geneva, Nyon, Lausanne, and the mountainous canton of Vaud. YOTEL continues to deliver a different experience for non-stop travellers, in destinations that won’t slow them down.

Rohan Thakkar, Chief Development Officer at YOTEL comments: “We are thrilled to announce the openings of two exceptional hotels, a significant step forward in our growth strategy in Europe. YOTEL Geneva Lake, our inaugural property in Switzerland, marks the beginning of our expansion efforts in the country, where we recognize substantial potential in key markets like Zurich and Basel. The introduction of our first YOTELPAD in London and Europe couldn't come at a better time, especially considering the rising demand for office conversions. Leveraging the strength of the extended stay model in today's environment, YOTELPAD serves as an ideal solution. The YOTELPAD brand enables us to enhance our presence in existing markets and explore opportunities for dual-branded hotels, akin to our successful model in Miami."

YOTEL continues to seek new opportunities for growth as it remains firmly on track to reach its goal of 50 hotels, both in operation and signed, by 2025.

See below for more information on both hotels.
