We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Let us take care of your finest threads. Just fill the laundry bag in your hotel cabin, select your service type, and drop it at reception prior to 9am. Like magic, your laundry will reappear in your cabin by 6pm the same day. Service is available Monday - Saturday. Pricing and timing information is available on the laundry slip or at reception. 

We offer luggage/item storage for guests. Our reception crew will be available to assist you.

If you need to print, copy or scan anything, reception on Ground level will be happy to help. The gym is open 24/7. This is fitted with state of the art fitness equipment.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the reception crew is available round the clock too.

Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am.

We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore. We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee, see below:

Early check-in information 

• Early check-in between approximately 8am to 10am at $100 
• From 10am to 2pm at $55
• Early check-in is typically waived from 2pm once the kiosks begin releasing rooms 

Late check-out information 

• Up to 12:30pm complimentary
• From 1pm to 2pm at $55
• After 2pm at $100 
• After 3pm is considered a full night stay

Good news for pet owners! Furry friends are welcome to stay with their owners at YOTEL Washington DC. An additional fee of $100 plus taxes and fees will be applied to your reservation.

Security Deposit: There is a $100 per night incidental hold / security deposit that is taken upon arrival. This is a temporary hold and will be released back to your original form of payment after check-out.

In-room tea and coffee is unavailable. However, you can find food and drink at our onsite restaurant, Art and Soul.

Self-parking is available on-site with two different options.  

• $50 per night without in-and-out privileges
• $60 per night with in-and-out privileges (must request at Mission Control upon check-in)

Please note our on-site parking has a height restriction of 6 feet. 

Alternative parking garages are available nearby such as Union Square parking garage and SP+ parking.
