Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our cabins and public spaces. There is at least a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Pets other than guide dogs are NOT allowed. If you or your party needs the assistance of guidance dogs during your stay, please notify us in advance of your arrival.

If our website displays no cabins available for a specific date range, it means the hotel is full or there is a minimum restriction on the number of days available to book. For example it isn't possible to book a Saturday night only.

Do the cabins have international power sockets?
You can purchase international adaptor plugs from Mission Control which also come with two USB sockets for extra connectivity.

Do the cabins have Aircon/HVAC?
We have high-efficiency cooling and heating air conditioning in all cabins. When you arrive, the temperature will be automatically set to 72 Fahrenheit (22 Celsius) in the winter and 68 Fahrenheit (20 Celsius) in the summer with the fan on auto, but you can adjust the temperature up or down to your preference. If you want, you can turn off the fan completely. Our windows open slightly if you prefer natural circulation.

We provide the following as standard in your cabin, a safe (large enough to fit a laptop), hairdryer, telephone (all calls to hotel local country telephone are free. A pre-paid calling card is available to purchase from Mission Control for international calls) and an iron/ironing board.

The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

What are your mattresses like?
Our adjustable 'Smartbeds' have mattresses made by Serta, they are Cool Action Gel Memory foam and are made specially for YOTEL.

WiFi and internet acceptable use policy
We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels, its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. Any violations of systems or network security are prohibited, and may result in the guest facing criminal and civil liability by local authorities. Maximum number of guests per cabin?
Standard Cabins: ideal for 1 guest, however we can accommodate 2 guests. Please note there will be limited privacy as the toilet has no door and there is just one spacious single bed.
Premium Cabins: 2 adults, 2 adults with 1 child under 5 or 1 adult and 2 children
Family Cabin: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Can children stay in the cabins?
Children are welcome at YOTELAIR. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over). Children may stay alone in YOTELAIR cabins at the discretion of their parents, however we need a signed disclaimer from the parents and a copy of the parents' passport.
Recommendations for families:

Can I book multiple cabins at the same time?
You can book up to 8 cabins* in a single transaction under different names providing that the dates and times for each cabin are the same.

Our wireless network is also fully compatible with older devices.

Can I book on behalf of someone else?
You will need to provide the name of the guest who will occupy the cabin. The confirmation details and booking reference will be sent to you and any further amendments or cancellations must be made by you. We only require one lead occupant name per cabin.

Can I extend my stay if my flight is delayed?
You can extend you stay provided there is availability. This can be done on-site by Mission Control.

Will I still be charged if my flight is delayed and I miss my stay?
In the event of flight delays or disruption, there will be no refund. There may be emergency or security circumstances outside of our control where guests may be asked to evacuate. In these circumstances, no refund will be paid. If you need to make an airline or travel insurance claim, we can supply you with a no-show invoice.

The nearest metro/tube to the hotel is Times Square – 42nd Street / Port Authority Bus Terminal which is two blocks east of YOTEL New York on 42nd Street. It is a subway station complex located under Times Square and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, at the intersection of 42nd Street, Seventh and Eighth Avenues, and Broadway in Midtown Manhattan. The A,C,E lines go through there.
We do not offer a free shuttle/taxi service from local airports. Both JFK and EWR airports have standard fees into Manhattan for taxis, plus toll charges and tips. A taxi service can be arranged by contacting the hotel directly (+1 646 449 7700) prior to arrival, or by visiting Ground Control on the ground floor.

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We offer an early check-in fee for $30 between 6am to 2pm. Facility fee, tax and temporary hold fee explained
Facility fee: $35 (plus tax) per night. This includes access to hotel amenities and communal areas. The facility fee applies to bookings made via the website, contact centre and online travel agencies (OTAs). The facility fee is not applied to the group reservations (on a negotiated rate), negotiated business transient, contracted business and some hotel special offer rates.

What is the minimum check in age?

Our vehicle entrance is located at 475 West 41st Street, between Dyer and 10th Ave. Note that this is a public garage run by MPG, not YOTEL. The standard rate is $45.00 for 24 hours, with direct hotel access via the elevator to Ground Control for check-in, or 'FOUR' for dining, bar and terrace. Valet parking is $62.00 for 24 hours. SUV parking is an additional $6.00 for both options. You can contact MPG parking on +1 212-594-2000. Note that there is no 'in-and-out privilege,' - once you leave your vehicle in place, it's there for the duration of your stay. If you want to drive in and out during your stay, you will need to make separate parking reservations.

Valet parking is located in front of the hotel on Seaport Blvd and is $50 per night with unlimited in and out privileges until 3pm on day of departure. An additional $15 charge will be applied from 3pm to 2am. Day use valet is $30 until 2am. Please note valet parking is operated by a third party and these rates are correct at time of publishing. Self-parking garages are available in the Seaport district but are not affiliated with the YOTEL Boston.

Can I bring outside alcohol onto the property?
In accordance with the general laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Boston, we cannot allow patrons to bring outside alcoholic beverages onto our premises including but not limited to guest cabins. We have secured storage options at Mission Control where guests can store any alcoholic beverages throughout their stay at no charge.

Delivery of letters and / packages
We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible, state the date of check-in/ due to limited storage space, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Any package that arrives earlier than 3 days is subject to a $40 holding fee. Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours of guest arrival. Any package left over 48 hours without being claimed is subject to a $20 per day storage fee for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days, the package will be sent to the Lost and Found department where it will be held for 30 days. If the package is still unclaimed, it will be donated or discarded.
If you need to send something to the hotel, FedEx and USPS deadlines for all outgoing shipments is 11am Monday – Friday, and we don’t have outgoing deliveries over the weekend.

YOTEL Singapore is approximately a 30-minute drive by taxi from Changi Airport and generally costs between S$20 and S$40. Let your taxi driver know that the entrance to our hotel is via Claymore Hill. All taxi fares go by meter and there is an additional airport surcharge for all rides originating from the airport. You can buy a single ride ticket or an EZ-Link card (for multiple rides) from all train stations. To get to the train station, go to Terminal 2 or 3 at Changi Airport. Exit at Orchard station. YOTEL Singapore is about 10 minutes’ walk from Orchard station A single fare from the city via public bus 36 costs around S$2.50 and it takes about an hour. No change will be given so you’ll need to prepare exact fare. Alternatively, you can buy an EZ-Link card for multiple rides from the Changi Airport train station, you can also use the EZ-Link card for train rides. Alight at the bus stop in front of the Royal Thai Embassy on Orchard road. YOTEL Singapore is just 5 minutes away from the bus stop

Tax: pricing for hotels in Singapore is subject to the following tax:

7% Goods & Services Tax (GST)We don’t charge any credit card fees at YOTEL Singapore.
Temporary hold fee: YOTEL Singapore reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least S$ 100 per room as deposit for incidentals or damage. A $100 temporary hold fee for incidentals is taken per cabin for the 1st night. For subsequent nights, a $50 temporary hold fee is collected per cabin, per night. The incidental fees will be released during the check-out. A pre-authorization will place the pre-authorized amount in a holding-state and temporarily reduce one's credit card limit, but it is NOT a transaction charge and will not be reflected in one's credit card statement. Depending on one's credit card bank's set up, the pre-authorized amount will be released typically after 14 days. Can I stay the night before my flight?
You can stay the night before an early flight. You will need the following to access the hotel: your passport, your YOTELAIR Amsterdam Schiphol booking confirmation, proof of travel, for example your boarding card (which must be within 24 hours). We are located airside after security and you can only bring hand luggage with you. Schiphol Airport does not allow airlines to check in your luggage the night before a flight. You can leave your luggage at the airport 24-hour Baggage Storage and lockers on the lower ground floor in Lounge 2 landside. Please note, the following day you will have to exit the secure airside area to collect your baggage and check it in. You will then have to re-enter the secure area again to take your flight. From Lounge 2, departures go to the stairs/ lift between KLM check-in desks 8 and 9 (opposite the airport information desk), simply take the lift two floors down. From Lounge 2 arrivals find the stairs/ lift in between the Laplace express and ING cash machines and simply take the lift one floor down. Baggage storage lockers are available in a variety of sizes and can be used for up to 168 hours or 7 days. Lockers are charged at a 24-hour rate and cost varies depending on size.

Can I use this hotel when transiting to another destination?
You can use the hotel when transiting to another destination. If you arrive with hand baggage only via an Air France or Sky Team Alliance flight, follow the transit route towards gates 2L. You may be directed through passport control, however do not go to baggage reclaim. We are situated in the service area of terminal 2E near L gates.
If you are arriving with luggage checked-in only as far as Paris Charles de Gaulle, your luggage needs to be re-checked in with your airline to your final destination. You will need to arrive as a normal passenger and go through immigration, security and passport control. Make your way to baggage reclaim and collect your luggage. You can then check-in your luggage with your airline for your onward flight later that day. Go back through security and passport control in terminal 2E or F with your boarding card. Make your way to the hotel and then go straight to your gate when your flight is boarding.

Unfortunately we do not offer room service in the hotel. Vending machines are conveniently located in Mission Control providing snacks and drinks items for purchase. Our 68 seater Komyuniti is accessible 24/7 with comfortable seating arrangements suitable for the busy traveller in mind. A continental breakfast buffet spread is available at a daily charge from 6.30am - 11am, and complimentary coffee and tea making facilities are available throughout the day. We also offer sacks throughout the day at a small charge.

Unfortunately we do not store luggage at Mission Control. There is some storage in our cabins. There is a baggage storage area in Jewel Changi and in all the airport terminals.

What is the minimum check in age?
You must be 18 years of age to check-in at YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
